MATERIAL DESCRIPTION

The grade is developed from the standard 13Cr grade and offer enhanced mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. The low carbon improves weldability whilst maintaining the martensitic microstructure.

APPLICATIONS

Commonly used in the same area as AISI 4130,4140 and 4145 but often in environment, which have a high content of sulfur.
