Sverdrup Steel is looking for a new colleague to join our Export team
We are seeking someone who enjoys working in an international environment, values structure and organization and takes pride in following up customers and orders from start to finish. In this role, you will work closely with sales, logistics, warehouse and customers worldwide to ensure smooth handling of export deliveries and daily operations.
This position suits someone who is proactive, service-minded, and comfortable managing mulitible tasks at the same time.

The position can be based in Hedensted (Denmark), Hamburg (Germany) or Oslo (Norway), reflecting our international presence across these locations.

Your main tasks will include:
Support the export sales team with daily backoffice tasks.
Coordinating orders from inquiry to delivery
Follow up on shipments, logistics and warehouse activities
Support documentation and follow-up related to export shipments
Provide day-to-day customer service and support
Contribute to efficient routines and continuous improvement
Work as part of the Backoffice team, reporting to the Team Leader
We believe you will succeed in this role if you:
- Have experience from customer service, logistics, administration, sales support or similar work.
- Are structured and pay attention to details.
- Enjoy working with many different tasks and people.
- Communicates professionally in English, both written and spoken.
- Communicate in the local language.
- Like working in an international and team-oriented environment.
- Take responsibility and follow things through.
- Have general system understanding and enjoy learning new systems.
- Relevant education is an advantage, but experience can also make up for this.
