As a part of our vision to become the preferred supplier of sustainable stainles steel, we need to work towards a constructive and clear direction. That is why we commit to ISO 14001 certification as well as upholding seven of the UNs Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):

How will we get there?
- Every employee and every business partner to comply to our CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).
- Ensure that we and our suppliers do not supply Conflict Minerals.
- Good and safe working conditions, employment acc. governing legislation.
- Decent wage conditions and wage growth in line with economic growth in society, equal pay for equal work.
- Freedom of Association in employment.
- Employees Representative elected by the employees.
- Good insurance and pension agreements for all employees that contribute to fundamental financial security.
- Cooperate with suppliers, customers and partners complying with national and international laws and are certified or in accordance with ISO 45001.
- Transport Act for drivers (against social dumping). Ensure that the working conditions and wages related to transport of goods are in accordance with the current general regulations for transport companies.
