Heat- and Creep-Resistant Austenitic Alloy

Our stock comprises Alloy 800HT (UNS N08811) and Alloy 800H (UNS N08810). While we market this under the trade name Therma Alloy 800T, the material is fully dual-certified, ensuring compliance for demanding high-temperature environments.

These stabilized austenitic alloys are designed for long-term performance with excellent resistance to carburization, oxidation, and other types of high-temperature corrosion. Controlled grain size and optimized aluminum and titanium levels provide superior creep strength above 700°C.

Key Properties of Alloy 800HT

  • Certified for both EN 1.4959 / UNS N08811 (800HT) and EN 1.4876 / UNS N08810 (800H).
  • Excellent creep strength for long-term high-temperature service.
  • High resistance to oxidation, carburization, and nitriding conditions.
  • Good mechanical strength at both low and elevated temperatures.
  • Reliable performance in cyclic and continuous operations.
