All employees in Sverdrup Steel receive pay that is equal or above applicable minimum wage for the country it reports in, determined directly by the national minimum wage law or equal to collective bargaining agreements where applicble.

Employee training hours
New employees at service centers receive appr. 75 hours of training, while other employees receive amount of training according to need.
