We seek a hands-on Digital Content Manager who can capture everyday moments, highlighting our fantastic employees, services, and products.
As our new Content Manager, you will develop and manage content production to ensure engaging and informative content for digital channels. You understand how good content builds brand and engagement in a B2B market. The position requires experience and skill in photo and video editing, in addition to strong communication abilities.
The role is based at our brand new service center and office in Hedensted, Denmark, but will work closely with the marketing team in Norway.
Responsibilities
Content creation and production:
- Develop and implement content strategies together with the marketing team.
- Manage content production and publishing across various platforms.
- Make engaging content for our webpage, SoMe, and newsletters.
- Write, edit, and publish content that aligns with Sverdrup Steel’s vision and values.
SoMe and community management:
- Administrate Sverdrup Steel’s SoMe.
- Post copywriting, formatting, and content guidance for staff resharing (LinkedIn).
- Drive organic growth through our different platforms.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure consistent and engaging content.
Analyze and optimize:
- Optimize content for search engine and organic reach.
- Analyze content performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and follows best practices.
Qualifications
- Relevant education in communication, journalism, marketing, or similar fields.
- Experience in content production and management (photo, video and written).
- Strong writing and language skills in English.
- Danish language skills are beneficial but not a requirement.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- It is an advantage with experience in B2B marketing.
- Experience from the steel industry is an advantage.
