We are looking for our next Sales Manager in Norway, responsible for the South-Eastern region

You understand the importance of building relationships with both new and existing customers. A team player who is comfortable working alone on the field but in a team together with one of the most experienced sales and metallurgical organisations in the industry.

Role
- Lead and develop our business in the South-Eastern Norway
- Process requests, create offers and follow up
- Conduct market analysis to better understand local market dynamics, competition, customer preferences, and trends
- Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, clients, suppliers and local partners
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and overall business performance to the corporate headquarters
- Be the face of Sverdrup Steel in your given market

Requirements
- Experience within our product range, grades and/or segments
- Proven track record in sales and market development in stainless steel and nickel alloys
- Knowledge and experience from the Oslo market
- Good communication, collaboration, and networking skills
- Independent
- Strong work ethic with a strategic mindset
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
