As a part of the new team, we have Daniel Johansen, who has over 20 years of experience in the stainless steel industry. Daniel will be the site manager for the service center in Denmark and will be responsible for all daily operations.
We asked Daniel some questions to get to know him a bit better 👇
You have already started establishing a team to run our service center in Hedensted. What do you find the most interesting about the process?
– The process of sorting out suitable candidates is exciting. There has been a lot of positive interest, and we received many promising applications. As we are hiring for a warehouse that has yet to be operational, we need to find a candidate willing to adapt to the uncertainty.
Finding suitable candidates is always an interesting challenge. Is there something you are excited about in the upcoming months?
– Absolutely. We can now see the result of all the planning and hard work put into the new warehouse. I look forward to moving in and getting things started 🦾 Whenever I see the building, I am impressed and proud.
I can’t wait to see the warehouse myself 👀 Do you have any special interests?
– I have a strong interest in hunting and outdoor recreation, and I always keep a pair of hiking shoes in my car 🍃 I am also active in the Danmarks Outdoor Festival, with over 30.000 visitors.
