As a part of our vision to become the preferred supplier of sustainable stainles steel, we need to work towards a constructive and clear direction. That is why we commit to ISO 14001 certification as well as upholding seven of the UNs Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):

Personnel travel activities contributes on the total CO2 emissions. By raising awareness on travel-method we will contribute to a reduction of the total CO2 emissions.
- Preferably use digital meeting activities instead of travel.
- Encourage employees to use public transport, bicycles (Agreement HjemJobbHjem in Stavanger).
- Transition to electric car for employee car-agreements.
- Transition to elTruck in all warehouses.
How will we get there?
Throughout the industry, the focus is on reducing CO2 emissions to a minimum. We have a task in helping our customers achieving this.

- Cooperation for innovation and sustainable solutions together with our partners. – E.g. Circle Green stainless steel and our LD 24
Goods transport is one of the most important elements in our business and has the largest impact on our total CO2 emissions.
- That is why we cooperate with transport companies that has a visionary climate profile, either certified or in accordance with ISO 14001 or equivalent.
- Main transport companies with climate profile.
Minimize energy consumption and heating of buildings.
- Preferably work towards LED light in warehouses and offices. All lights are switched off at the end of the working day.
- Automatic Heat Control.
- Automatic Ventilation control (Switched off after normal working hours).
- Construction according to building regulations that address less need for heating.
