We offer laser, plasma and water cut components. With these capabilities, we can provide cut from plate details in simple and complex shapes.

Each of these industrial tools has its unique advantages and suitable applications. Depending on the material, sheet thickness, and required tolerance or edge quality, we deploy the appropriate cutting process to meet your specific requirements.

We have a wide range of cutting machines available for specific and individual cutting needs:

Plasma cutting (2.0 up to 70.0 mm x 2,000 mm x 9,000 mm)
Water jet cutting (1.0 up to 60.0 mm x 2,000 mm x 6,000 mm)
XXL Fiber Laser cutting (0.5 up to 30.0 mm x 2,500 mm x 6,200 mm)

Technology & equipment

Waterjet cutter

Together with our partners, we can carry out waterjet cutting with 6,000 bar and large sizes up to 9×3 meters. Waterjet cutting up to 200 mm thick is possible in almost all materials.

We perform contract work by cutting in large and small series directly from CAD drawings, pictures, and sketches.

Laser cutting

Laser cutters are one of the most efficient ways to rapidly cut through tough materials such as stainless steel, steel and more. Laser cutting is very precise and works well for both small and large projects.

Through our partners we have capacity to cut 30.0 x 2,500 x 6,200 mm.
Plasma Cutting

Plasma cutting is when hot plasma cuts through the material with a jet. The material needs to be electrically conductive.

We provide plasma cutting 2.0 up to 70.0 mm x 2,000 mm x 9,000 mm

Bevelling is the process where steel pipes and plates are prepared for welding by smoothing the surfce.
